Welcome to CondoLink. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our digital platform, including the website getcondolink.com, mobile applications (Android and iOS), and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using CondoLink, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

CondoLink is a management platform for condominiums, hostels, and residential communities, operated under the getcondolink.com domain. For legal or support inquiries: support@getcondolink.com.

2. Eligibility and account

• You must be of legal age to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction (minimum 13 years, or higher if local law requires).
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• Access to features may depend on your role within your community (resident, property manager, administrator, etc.).

3. Description of the Service

CondoLink provides tools that may include, depending on your plan and enabled modules:

• communication (announcement board, chat, notifications);
• maintenance management and common-area reservations;
• visitor management, check-in/check-out, and documents;
• internal marketplace and payment processing via Stripe;
• other features made available from time to time.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when applicable. The Service is provided “as is”, subject to these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
• post illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, offensive, or privacy-violating content;
• attempt to access areas or data without authorization;
• interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the Service;
• use the Service for spam, phishing, or unauthorized commercial activity;
• reverse engineer or exploit vulnerabilities, except as permitted by law.

Community administrators are responsible for how their members use the Service within the community they manage.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you post on CondoLink. By posting content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You may remove content you posted, subject to backups and legal retention requirements. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Paid features, subscriptions, deposits, and marketplace transactions are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). By making payments, you also accept those providers’ terms.

• Prices, plans, and billing terms are shown before purchase.
• Automatic renewals apply when indicated in the subscription flow.
• Refunds follow the policy applicable to the purchased product and applicable law.
• Processing fees or taxes may be added depending on jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual property

CondoLink, including its brand, logo, software, design, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

8. Privacy

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to CondoLink in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100 if you made no payments.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us or through in-app settings when available. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if there is a risk to Service security. After termination, certain provisions (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) remain in effect.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the latest revision will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may be communicated in the app or by email.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the CondoLink operator, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Disputes should, whenever possible, be resolved amicably before resorting to courts or arbitration.
