This Privacy Policy describes how CondoLink (“we”, “us”, or “our”), available at getcondolink.com and on mobile app stores, collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use our services, including the optional AgentPaper module for immigration case management at condo-link-prod-agentpaper.web.app.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We may collect the following categories of data, depending on the features you use:

• Account data: name, email address, profile photo, and authentication identifiers (including via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In).
• Community data: housing unit, role (resident, property manager, administrator), and information about the associated building or hostel.
• User-generated content: chat messages, announcements, maintenance requests, reservations, uploaded documents, and other interactions on the platform.
• Payment data: transaction information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers; payment processing is handled by the payment provider).
• Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, push notification identifiers (FCM), usage logs, and diagnostic data.
• Location data: only if you explicitly authorize features that require it.
• Google Drive (AgentPaper, optional): if you connect Google Drive in AgentPaper, we store OAuth tokens and your connected Google account email so we can create folders and documents in your Drive when you export a case. We use scope drive.file (files created by AgentPaper only) and documents (summary Google Docs). We do not access your other Drive files.

3. How we use data

We use data to:

• provide, maintain, and improve CondoLink;
• authenticate users and manage permissions per community;
• send push notifications and service-related communications;
• process payments, subscriptions, deposits, and marketplace transactions;
• prevent fraud, abuse, and ensure platform security;
• comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities;
• in AgentPaper, export immigration case dossiers to your Google Drive when you explicitly request it (optional Google Drive connection).

4. Legal basis (LGPD / GDPR)

Processing is based, as applicable, on performance of a contract with you or the community you manage, your consent (e.g., push notifications), legitimate interests (security and service improvement), or compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing with third parties

We may share data with providers that help us operate the service, including:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database (Firestore), file storage, analytics, and push messaging;
• Google Cloud / Google Sign-In — sign-in with a Google account;
• Google Drive / Google Docs APIs — optional export of AgentPaper case dossiers to your Google account (only when you connect Drive and start an export);
• Apple Sign-In — sign-in with Apple ID;
• Stripe — payment processing;
• other infrastructure providers strictly necessary to deliver the service.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Retention

We retain data while your account is active or as needed for the purposes described, to resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or enforce our agreements. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS), database access rules, and secure authentication. No system is 100% secure; please notify us immediately if you suspect a breach.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• access, correct, or delete your personal data;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

9. Children

CondoLink is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. International transfers

Our providers (for example, Google and Stripe) may process data on servers outside your country. We adopt contractual and technical safeguards consistent with applicable law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest revision will be shown at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated in the app or by email.
