CondoLink

Privacy Policy — how we collect, use, and protect your data, including Google Sign-In and optional Google Drive export in AgentPaper.

Purpose of the application

CondoLink is a community management application for condominiums, hostels, and residential communities. It helps property managers and residents communicate, track maintenance, reserve shared spaces, manage visitors, and handle community payments.

AgentPaper (immigration case management) is an optional module hosted at condo-link-prod-agentpaper.web.app. It uses the same Google Cloud project and user accounts as CondoLink.

• AgentPaper: visa/immigration case pipeline with optional Google Drive export

Google Sign-In (authentication)

CondoLink and AgentPaper let users sign in with a Google Account. We receive name and email address to create a secure user profile. This data is used only to operate the applications and is not sold to third parties.

Google Drive and Google Docs (AgentPaper only, optional)

In AgentPaper, users may optionally connect Google Drive from Account settings. This is a separate authorization from sign-in. When the user chooses "Connect Google Drive", we request permission to:

• drive.file — create and access only files and folders created by AgentPaper in the user's Google Drive (case dossier export).
• documents — create and update Google Docs summaries generated during dossier export (e.g. case summary document).

We do not read or modify the user's existing Drive files unless the user explicitly starts an export. Tokens are stored securely on our backend only. Users can disconnect Google Drive from Account settings or revoke access in their Google Account.
